Politico reports Member of French Parliament Philippe Latombe submitted challenges to the European Union General Court against the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. One challenge is to immediately suspend the trans-Atlantic agreement for data transfers while the other challenges the legality of the DPF's text. Parliament formally voted against the DPF in April.
