The IAPP welcomes article pitches from digital governance professionals working across industry and regions. Before submitting a pitch, please review the contributor guidelines below.

We invite thought leadership pieces on the latest developments in privacy, AI governance or cybersecurity law that offer a unique perspective or fresh analysis. Articles should not be in any way promotional.

Prior to submitting a pitch, please review published IAPP articles and resources to ensure the topic has not already been covered.

Develop your idea

  • Submit a one- to-two-paragraph summary of your proposed topic. This helps determine if the topic is a timely and appropriate fit for IAPP publications before you prepare a full draft.
  • Include the author's job title and organization, as well as relevant expertise with a bio of 50 words or less.
